Paula has encouraged me to post something about my more-than-mediocre cooking abilities. I have denied her requests because I do not want to be too self-indulgent. But today Ambrož (Mojca helped in the beginning but soon lost interest – hm, a modern woman 😉 ) and I cooked something together that really came out as a masterpiece.

We had gamberi, cooked on extra virgin oil with zucchini in pelati sauce poured over some coloured pasta cooked al dente (somehow it seems even more delicious when I am using Italian names for food).

I am drooling while writing this. To heck with my diet, I am going to stuff my face with food right now and will work out tomorrow to burn the calories (yeah, right).

Slovensko kuhanje:

Paula me je že večkrat nagovarjala, da naj napišem kaj vse jemo in, da naj se pohvalim o svojih nekoliko ne najslabšimi kuhalnimi sposobnostmi. Do sedaj ji zahtevkov nisem odobril (kako pravniško od mene), ker nisem hotel biti preveč samo-promocijski. Ampak danes sva z Ambrožem (Mojca je pomagala samo v začetku, potem pa hitro izgubila zanimanje – zanimivo, kako moderna ženska :)) skuhala nekaj, kar se je resnično izkazalo za mojstrovino.

Pripravila sva gambere z zucchini, narejene na ekstra deviškem olivnem olju v pelati omaki, ki smo jo prelili preko al dente narejeno barvasto pasto (nekako se še bolj okusno, če uporabljam Italijanske izraze za hrano).

Ko pišem to, se mi cedijo sline. K vragu z mojo dieto, grem se nažirat. Bom jutri potelovadim, da pokurim dodatne kalorije (ja, sigurno, ja).
